In addition to being a trusted advisor to many customers, his focus is on innovating world-class processes and best practices aligned to the realities of modern business. His contemporary work includes serving as primary author of Planview PRISMS™ Processes and Best Practices, publishing the PMO 2.0 series of whitepapers, presentations, leadership forums, and research. Terry co-authored, along with Pat Durbin, the CEO of Planview, the newly released PPM book, Taming Change with Portfolio Management.
