The PMO Podcast™ Episode Summary

  The PMO Podcast™ Featured Story
This week The PMO Podcast™ Featured Story presents “The Sarbanes-Oxley Act: Overview and Implementation Procedures, a book review", presented by Mark Perry, host of The PMO Podcast™. Recently, I had the pleasure of reading a short book called The Sarbanes-Oxley Act; Overview and Implementation Procedures, by Michael Holt. This book is a very well written text that overviews the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and provides guidelines and implementation procedures.

  The PMO Podcast™ Points Memo
The PMO Podcast Points Memo suggests, “Create a safety net.” What would you do if one day you just found out that you lost your job or you just found out that your company just went out of business? Much like the man on the flying trapeze needs a safety net, so do we. Whether you are an executive, manager, individual contributor, 1099 contractor, everyone needs a safety net.

  The PMO Podcast™ Mailbag
The PMO Podcast Mailbag answers a question about what criteria should be used to determine if the project status should be green, yellow, or red.
