  The PMO Podcast™ Featured Story
This week The PMO Podcast™ Featured Story presents, "Top 10 Benefits of Project Server", presented by Mark Perry, host of The PMO Podcast™. We have had a number of listener requests requesting an overview of reasons why an organization should implement Microsoft Project Server. So, in response to those requests we are delighted to talk about Project Server and today’s podcast feature story comes to us from the Microsoft Project Server home page. So, what is Project Server? Microsoft Office Project Server is a server based project management tool that stores project information in a central database, protected from unauthorized access and corruption. Office Project Server 2007 enables organizations to more effectively manage and coordinate work from one-time projects to complex programs across the entire project lifecycle.

  The PMO Podcast™ Points Memo
The PMO Podcast Points Memo presents, “Remembering Robert Adler." Robert Adler worked for decades as an electronics engineer for the Zenith Corporation. He retired as its vice president for research in 1979. One day, Robert’s boss, a man by the name of Eugene McDonald, the President of Zenith, challenged Robert to come up with something that could eliminate commercials. So what did he come up with? Well, Robert invented the TV remote control, a device that could change channels and most importantly mute the sound of a commercial, of course back then they didn’t use the term mute.

  The PMO Podcast™ Mailbag
The PMO Podcast Mailbag answers a listener question about the Agile approach to software development.
