PMO Dashboards

In addition to processes, policies, and templates, Processes On Demand provides a number of PMO dashboards. These dashboards enable the PMO to provide management and the leadership team with both a high level summary of the top projects and programs of the PMO as well as direct and seamless integration to areas of the PMO's project portfolio management (PPM) application such as Project Server.

	The PMO Dashboard RSS Feed provides subscription content enabling users to access and manage PMO information within their browser (IE 7.0) RSS folders or within their Microsoft Outlook (Office 2007) RSS folders. 	The Summary View provides a tabular analysis with intuitive traffic light (green/yellow/red) summaries for: Overall Project Status Quality, Time, Cost Risk - People, Budget, Technical Compliance - Sarbanes-Oxley
	The Gantt View provides a histogram bar chart summary with intuitive traffic light (green/yellow/red) summaries for: Plan - The planned schedule for the project Actual - The actual to date performance of the project EAC - The estimate at completion for the project
	The Cost View provides a histogram bar chart summary with intuitive traffic light (green/yellow/red) summaries for: Plan - The planned cost for the project Actual - The actual to date performance of the project EAC - The estimate at completion for the project
	The Risk View provides a risk-return (2x2) plot analysis for the project portfolio indicating: Most Attractive - High Return, Low Risk High-Wire Act - High Return, High Risk Business As Usual - Low Return, Low Risk Least Attractive - Low Return, High Risk
