President's Message
Thank you for visiting us. We live and work in an business-driven era and the workplaces that thrive will be those which achieve a new kind of culture: a culture of end results achieved and continuous improvement where process enabled applications allow people to work easily and instantly. For many organizations, this promise of process adoption and continuous improvement is tempered with the arduous and time consuming effort that is often required to get there. Whether seeking to set up project office processes and internal controls or simply trying to apply techniques learned in training, few organizations have the time to develop a PMO content asset framework amidst competing priorities or the budget and time to spend with a consulting firm to have them do it.
Enter BOT International, a firm dedicated to helping project organizations of all shapes and sizes establish a Business-Driven PMO, where success is achieved through PMO strategies tempered with good business, technology, and financial judgment as opposed to pursuing theoretical models and PM community hype. In 2002, BOT International pioneered the concept of PMO Architecture and introduced the first product offering for the content assets of a PMO called Processes On Demand, a name fitting for how the product works as well as what today's PMOs need to ensure successful project management and successful management of the PMO. Provided are all of the PMO content assets needed to set up and maintain a PMO.
What are content assets? They are the non-application kinds of things that are needed to achieve the business objectives for which the PMO exists to serve. They include - processes and templates, policies and guidance, executive dashboards, learning resources for both new PMs and those seeking their PMP, and features for integration to the tools of the PMO such as project portfolio management applications and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint or other vendor alternatives).
Processes On Demand is suitable for any kind of project and process. It is designed to meet the needs of project management offices, IT departments, and workplace teams with little to no customization required. Processes On Demand can be installed on an intranet, extranet, or LAN and can be maintained by non-technical end users. BOT International is committed to its vision and passionate about helping project management offices, IT departments, and workplace teams of all shapes and sizes to provide users with on demand access and guidance to the tools and resources best suited for the job at hand without user training or complex systems setup required. We would be delighted to demonstrate our product to you or answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to live chat, email, or call BOT today.
Thank you again for visiting us.
