BOT International is continually searching for quality workplace professionals with backgrounds and experiences similar to those of the clients we serve. We seek individuals (Submit Resume) that have set up and managed project management offices and IT departments, established project management processes to improve performance, and have integrated project management applications and IT infrastructure into workplace processes.

Workplace Management Experiences

BOT International serves workplaces. We would like to talk to candidates with experiences managing workplaces such as the Project Management Office, Information Technology, Engineering, Product Development, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Human Resources.

Workplace Process Experience

BOT International provides workplace processes. We would like to talk to candidates with experiences setting up, using, and continuously improving their workplace processes. An applied knowledge of Change Management, Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Project Management, Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, and leading Maturity Models is required.

Workplace Technology Integration Experiences

BOT International integrates technologies into workplace processes. Often times, many technologies already exist at the customer site, but are not being fully used in the workplace for a number of reasons. We would like to talk to candidates that understand this and have experiences integrating workplace technology. A working knowledge of desktop and enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, and communications and collaboration technologies is required. 

Workplace Project Management Skills

BOT International helps clients improve results in workplace project management. Almost always, clients have project management methodologies on hand. While they provide very good content and approaches, in most workplaces methodologies simply don't work. They are hard to access, difficult to use, too detailed, and can't be easily changed. We would like to talk to candidates that understand this and have workplace project management experiences. A working knowledge of project management models and project management tools is required.
